General Condition

The agency’ s written request will be followed up by an offer from Travelandfair t.o. with an initial 7 to 14 day option.The reservation shall be deemed final upon confirmation by Travelandfair t.o.The Agency’ s approval of the offer from Travel and Fair automatically implies its acceptance of the General Conditions.The services mentioned in Travelandfair t.o. confirmation are binding. Any other agreements must be made in writing.

The fees include the services specifically described in Travelandfair t.o. confirmation. Drinks, gratuities and extras in general are excluded, unless otherwise agreed within the confirmation.Prices may be adjusted at any time due to changes in exchange rates or the cost of services.

Following confirmation from Travelandfair t.o., (unless otherwise agreed), an advance deposit payment must be made. The reservation will be valid only upon receipt of this advance.The balance must be received by Travelandfair t.o. as per final confirmation "on terms and conditions" to any other deadlines agreed separately and contained within the confirmation. All banking charges, including those of both the issuing bank and the German recipient bank are borne by the Agency tha booked the trip to Travelandfair t.o.If payment is not received by the set deadlines, Travelandfair t.o. reserves the right to cancel the contract and to claim compensation for damages due to breach of contract. Non -compliance with the contractual rules will also lead to automatic application of the cancellation conditions contained at Art.3.

The Agency may cancel the trip without charge, unless otherwise stated within Travelandfair t.o. scrupulously respecting the cancellation terms described on the final confirmation.

Written notice must be provided.For full withdrawals, the following penalties will be applied as per the contract sent at the time of the final confirmation, the same for any no shows: For partial withdrawals or withdrawals by individual participants, after the group final confirmation, the penalties required by the service providers will be applied, in addition to the expenses incurred by Travel an Fair. For booked and confirmed, but unused, services, no refund will be made.

Travelandfair t.o. reserves the right to replace or change the confirmed services, where unforeseen circumstances or organisational reasons require such, both before and during the trip. In this case,the Agency will be informed immediately. Any changes are permitted if they do not alter the trip as a whole (this clause expressly includes hotel changes).

Travelandfair t.o., as a tourist servicesintermediary, accepts liability for meticulously preparing every component of the trip, carefully selecting suppliers and appropriately providing the contractually agreed service. Travelandfair t.o. disclaims any liability for damage suffered by the customer or damage to property caused during the trip.Travelandfair t.o. shall also not be liable for any damage caused by the custumer to peaple or things during the trip. Any cases of force majeure – acts of God strikes, riots and so on — are not attributable to Travelandfair t.o. Where necessary, or for operational reasons, Travelandfair t.o. reserves the right to replace hotels or other services, even if already confirmed, with others in the same category or higher categories in the planned locations or in nearby locations.The lack of acceptance by the T.O. or its customers shall not obligate Travelandfair t.o. in any way.

Any failure in the performance of the contract must be promptly notified by the customer during the tour or stay, in order that the Travel and Fair representative and/or service supplirs or Travel and Fair itself have the opportunity to remady such. Any breaches notified to Travel and Fair when there is no longer an opportinity to remedy such, or at the end of the trip, shall have a mere notification value. Should Travel and Fair and its suppliers be unable to provide the services agreed contractually, the respective cost of the single service which is not provided will be refunded to the T.O. Compensation of any other kind is explicitly excluded. Customer complaints must be received by Travel and Fair by and not beyond 30 days from the end of the services. Luggage travels at the risk of participants.

Travel and Fair may cancel the contract at any time, without obligation other than refunding any sums already paid.

The courts of Munich in Bavaria shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. Travelandfair t.o. reserves the right to apply to the Court that has jurisdiction in the place where the T.O. is based.
